چکیده

White snapper (Lates calcarifer) is a type of seawater fish that in great demand by the public. This study aims to determine 48-hour LC50 value and effect using betel leaf extract on health status white snapper. research was conducted July 2020 which took place at Sekotong Coastal Aquaculture Development Center (BPBPP), West Lombok Regency, Nusa Tenggara. experimental methods. used 5 treatments three replications, obtain 15 units with doses 0 ppm, 80 90 100 ppm 200 ppm. Data analysis performed linear regression test, namely probit testing mortality tested animals calculated through statistical data Microsoft Excel. The higher concentration, number seed deaths. happens because contains active antimicrobial compounds, but high concentrations, it can poison seeds. For further research, recommended test toxicity variations water quality.
